Brian Oyler, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Brian Oyler has dedicated over 30 years to providing compassionate, patient-focused dental care in the Lawrenceburg community. Graduating from Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Oyler’s commitment to lifelong learning led him to become a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction earned by fewer than 6% of dentists nationwide. He is also Invisalign® certified and continuously enhances his skills through advanced training, including the prestigious Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Oyler is passionate about delivering comprehensive care that addresses each patient’s unique needs with kindness and precision.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Oyler values the relationships he builds with his patients, striving to create a comfortable and trusting environment at every visit. Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, indulging in outdoor adventures such as boating, wake surfing, and mountain climbing. He also loves to travel and unwind with live music whenever he gets the chance. A dedicated Xavier University basketball fan, Dr. Oyler’s warmth and expertise make him a beloved leader at Oyler Family Dentistry.
Meghan Martini, DMD
Dr. Meghan Martini is passionate about helping patients achieve their best smiles while serving the community that means so much to her. A graduate of Xavier University and Creighton University School of Dentistry, Dr. Martini is thrilled to begin her dental career in the community where she grew up. She is committed to lifelong learning and pursues continuing education through Spear Education, keeping her skills sharp and up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Martini is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and Southeastern Indiana Dental Society.
Outside the practice, Dr. Martini enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and their dog. She loves running, skiing, hiking, traveling, and cherishing moments with family and friends. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to patient well-being make her a wonderful addition to the Oyler Family Dentistry team.
Joseph Cardosi, DMD
Dr. Joseph Cardosi is known for his compassionate care and innovative approach to dentistry, placing patient comfort at the forefront. After graduating from the University of Alabama, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Cardosi pursues continuing education through Spear Education and has completed advanced training in Digital Dentistry, enabling him to perform precise procedures like dental implant placements and smile makeovers. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and Spear Education.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Cardosi enjoys a vibrant personal life with his wife, Miranda, and their daughter, Vienna. He is an avid outdoorsman, finding joy in fishing, hiking, and pickleball. His hobbies also include maintaining saltwater reef aquariums and crafting jewelry, reflecting his attention to detail and creativity. Dr. Cardosi's warm personality and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable part of the Oyler Family Dentistry team.
